Corporate History

We were established in October 2005 as a Limited Liability Corporation in the District of Columbia. In July 2007, the company underwent a corporate reorganization and rebranding, and was renamed as Credence Management Solutions.

As part of the reorganization, Mr. Siddhartha (Sid) Chowdhary was appointed the President and CEO of Credence. Sid has a successful record of growing multiple government contracting companies, along with extensive experience in working with all levels of government. He has been recognized with the “Government IT Rising Star Award” and been cited for “Outstanding IT Achievement in Government.”

Our rebranding focused on positioning Credence as a “Trusted Advisor” to our government customers. The name Credence was deliberately selected to complement our core capabilities and to reflect our corporate values.

Today, Credence is a successful small business with strong competencies and excellent qualifications. We have posted improved financial numbers every year since our reorganization and our future growth outlook remains upbeat.

Credence has a diverse customer base between Federal, State, and Local government agencies and a healthy mix of prime contracts and sub-contracts. We have strong industry partnerships, and are proud of our trusted relationships with other successful businesses.
