CMMI Level 3—Services and Development

Credence has been appraised at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). An appraisal at Maturity Level 3 for Credence means that the standards, process descriptions, and procedures for a particular project can be tailored from Credence’s set of standard processes and therefore are more consistent by the tailoring guidelines. At Maturity Level 3, processes are managed more proactively using an understanding of the interrelationships of the process activities and detailed measures of the process, its work products, and its services.

ISO 20000-1:2011

Credence has been certified ISO 20000-1:2011, confirming that we have met a global standard for excellence in the IT Service Management arena, ensuring the highest quality of work and the implementation of ITIL best practices in our programs. This certification is a further validation of our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, evidenced by our continuing efforts to elevate our quality of service.

ISO/IEC 27001:2013

Credence’s processes and procedures are synchronized with ISO/International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 27001:2013 for an Information Security Management System (ISMS). A certification in ISMS framework of policies and procedures ensures that we are compliant in all legal, physical, and technical controls in establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining, and improving our Information Risk Management Processes. In addition, Credence is also in compliance with ISO/IEC 27005: 2001 Risk Elements.

ISO 14001:2015

Credence has been certified with an ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS), which is a framework to manage the immediate and long term environmental impacts of an organization’s products, services and processes. It is a systematic and process-driven approach to controlling aspects of business that have a significant impact on the environment. By certifying on ISO 14001 standard, Credence is assuring stakeholders that our environmental management system meets international industry-specific environmental standards.

ISO/IEC 17025:2017

Credence has been certified on ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard, which proves that Credence has an acceptable quality management system in place that is capable of providing testing and calibration results. Accredited labs such as Credence’s IT Lab perform tests against international standards (ISO 17025), and results are mutually accepted between varied governmental and regulatory organizations.

AS9100D

Credence has been certified on AS9100D standard. The certification shows Credence utilizes a quality management system to provide products and services that meet aerospace industry standards, needs, and requirements while complying with all applicable regulatory and statutory requirements. This standard also helps Credence continually improve the quality and performance of our products and services.

Federalwide Assurance (FWA) for the Protection of Human Subjects

Credence holds FWA from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Human Research Protections. By holding FWA, Credence demonstrates that we have the processes and commitment to comply with the regulatory requirements for the protection of human subjects and to engage in human subject research.
