Ms. Tiera Kendle serves as a Credence Director and as the Practice Lead for our International Development and Human Capital work. She serves as the Project Manager for our USAID programs across multiple bureaus and offices, as well as the Program Manager for the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) Cadre of Experts Program, which supports our service members and their families. Tiera’s experience includes working domestically and internationally with the public and private sector, including non-profits and commercial companies with a focus in program management, international development, and global health.
Mr. Radha Srinivasan is a Principal and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Credence. In this role, Radha is leading the strategy and delivery of innovative solutions for clients in the Civilian, Defense, and Intelligence sectors. He is responsible for initiatives across US Air Force, US Army, DLA, DISA, USAID, HHS, DOE, DoEd, Treasury, and DOT. He is a trusted advisor to senior government executives on the latest technologies, enabling them to take advantage of benefits with emerging technologies such as Cloud, Big Data, and Geospatial technologies. His expertise in software development was instrumental in Credence’s attainment of CMMI® Maturity Level 3. Prior to joining Credence, Radha served as a Business Transformation Advisor, where he was responsible for advising, supporting, and managing Enterprise efforts by Army, Air Force, Navy, US Marine Corps, and Defense Agencies.
Mr. Raj Shivraman has extensive expertise in data management, data warehousing, data architecture, data quality, data strategy and governance, business intelligence, and system integration, and he has experience consulting at various Federal agencies, including the Department of Education, National Institutes of Health, and Department of Defense. Prior to joining Credence, Raj worked with large system Integrators, including Bearing Point, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Knightsbridge/HP, and Informatica, focusing on information management, data warehousing, Oracle ERP, and data quality.
Ms. Deborah Davis is a Principal at Credence. Deborah manages our C4ISR, C2ISR, USPACOM, ISR/SOF U-2 efforts worldwide. Prior to joining Credence, Deborah has served more than 28 years in the DoD environment in multiple platforms primarily supporting the US Air Force, US Air Force Foreign Military Sales, US Army, US Navy, and Marine Corps programs managing multimillion dollar programs. Deborah has an extensive experience in Acquisition, Business Operations, Contract Administration, Intelligence, Reconnaissance and Surveillance, SME Program Management, Human Resources and Benefits, extensive Technical and Engineering knowledge, Program Capture and Business Development background, as well as senior peer and corporate-level management and leadership development for policy and procedures. Previously, Deborah has served in many capacities, as Vice President of DoD Industry Development and Outreach Partnerships; Vice President of NCMA, and is certified in ISO Quality Management and Auditing, Trade, Export and ITAR Control, and Defense Industrial Security Management.
Mr. Martin Leppert, a Director at Credence, is a retired US Army Infantry Colonel with more than 31 years of operational and command leadership experience, including deployments in Afghanistan and South East Asia, as well as senior-level staff assignments within the National Guard Bureau and Headquarters Department of the Army. Marty has been involved in large program management and transformation efforts both in the military and in his civilian career. He was the program manager for the Army’s Rapid Open Geospatial User Enterprise (ROGUE) software development program to provide civilians and military organizations a collaborative mapping tool in support of humanitarian relief efforts. He led one the largest military-led development efforts in Afghanistan to transform the Afghan agriculture sector and was an Embedded Infantry Brigade Commander, advising and facilitating the combat readiness of an Afghan National Army Brigade. Marty holds Master’s degrees from the United States Army War College and Webster University.
Ms. Susan Alexander serves as our Human Resources Business Partner, and her role extends to facilitate and support our internal operations. She also is our Data Privacy Manager, ensuring global compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations. Prior to joining Credence, Susan had been working in the Human Resources field in the DC Metropolitan area for organizations in both the federal contracting and private fields.
Ms. Alexander is a member of NOVA SHRM and the NOVA SHRM Government Contracting SIG.
Susan holds Human Resources Certified Professional certifications from both the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Susan achieved her Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of Mary Washington, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Susan obtained her Master’s degree from Georgetown University in Human Resources Management, concentrating in Diversity & Inclusion Management, and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Mr. Atul Mathur currently serves as a Principal at Credence, where he is a technical lead for our projects at the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Department of Health & Human Services Administration for Children and Families (HHS ACF). He is an experienced Solutions Architect with a deep understanding of Services Oriented Architecture, Mobile Application Development, Cloud Deployment Strategy and Advanced Business Analytics. Atul has experience in all of the software development lifecycle phases, including enterprise architecture, analysis, design, development, testing, quality assurance, and rollout of mission critical applications. Prior to joining Credence, Atul was the Chief Technology Officer at Information Management Consultants, which is now part of Calibre. From 2011 to 2013, he chaired the Business & Enterprise Architecture Committee at the Northern Virginia Technology Council. He also served as Deputy Commissioner on TechAmerica’s Cloud and SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics and Cloud) Commissions. He holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and is certified as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
Mr. Jeetendra (Jack) Ahuja is a Principal of Credence. Prior to joining Credence, Jack was acting Director of Business Integration (BI) Directorate in the Office of the Deputy Chief Management Officer (DCMO) at the US Department of Defense (DoD), where he served as the senior advisor to the DCMO on End-to-End (E2E) business process, ERP Implementation and enterprise wide Business Transformation efforts. He also served as Transformation Advisor supporting the mission of Business Transformation Agency (BTA) in guiding the Business and Systems Transformation efforts across the DoD. Advising, supporting and managing Enterprise efforts by Army, Air Force, Navy, US Marine Corps, Defense Agencies and COCOMS with an annual portfolio spend of over $6.9 Billion. Jack is a DoD Certified Acquisition Professional – Program Management at Level III through the Defense Acquisition University (DAU).
Mr. Alex Choi is one of our capture managers who primarily focuses on running our Army ITES-3S IDIQ contract. Under this decentralized contract vehicle, Alex is responsible for developing strategic, long-term relationships with organizations in pursuit of both new and existing opportunities with cradle-to-the-grave capture and proposal writing. Additionally, Alex also assists with managing our NAVAIR PMCSS MAC IDIQ contract for the Navy, and is fortunate to be managing multi-billion dollar IDIQs for Credence. Excited to be working at such a fast growing, well-established firm, Alex possesses a Bachelor’s degree in English from George Mason University.
Mr. Dan Ellis joined Credence as a Principal to expand the firm’s professional services practice, and he is a practitioner in his own right. He is most experienced in the transformation of government IT organizations to better meet and deliver mission value. Dan specializes in enterprise architecture and modifying agency IT management practices to ensure that the benefits of IT practices, such as SOA or Agile Methods, are realized in their application within an agency. Previously, Dan served as the Vice President of Federal Services at Everware-CBDI, and his notable accomplishments include receiving the Federal Computer Week Rising Star Award in 2008.
Mr. Russ Mielke is a Principal at Credence. A retired Navy Captain with 27 Years of experience as a Naval Flight Officer, Russ has served in operational aviation units deploying from Asia to Europe. An experienced leader, Russ held senior operational leadership and Command assignments with complementary staff positions at Navy Headquarters. Serving the broader joint community Russ was assigned to Northern Command where he supported the development of cooperative agreements with Mexico’s Military. As a senior leader at the United States Transportation Command Russ was selected to lead the Commander’s initiative to transform TRANSCOM’s business systems resulting the delivery of an integrated financial management system that was further deployed to all the Air force. Russ Holds a master’s degree from Wheaton Graduate School and an MBA from the Pennsylvania State University.
Ms. Leigh Boyle currently serves as a Principal as well as Business Capture Lead at Credence. In this role, her primary focus is on maximizing Credence’s growth under the GSA OASIS contract. She applies more than 12 years of experience in holistic business development to these OASIS efforts, as well as to Credence’s overall capture strategy and execution initiatives. Externally, Leigh focuses her attention on developing and nurturing healthy, long-term teaming relationships between Credence and our trusted partners, with the goal of expanding Credence’s good will to partnerships in our areas of strategic growth. Prior to joining the Credence Team, she honed her expertise and skills in the areas of proposal management, marketing, and business development at AECOM, where she ultimately served as Department Manager of a regional marketing and proposal management team. Ms. Boyle possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration from The College of William & Mary.
Ms. Jaye Helferd, a Director at Credence, leads our Agile development project at The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and supports capture opportunities relating to healthcare and national security. Jaye’s experience includes delivering transformational programs across 16 federal departments and agencies. She has held elected and appointed leadership positions in industry organizations focused on best Federal customer practices, including the Industry Advisory Council (IAC), Women in Technology, and Alliance Small Business Industry Council, where she earned a Federal 100 award for her contributions. Jaye holds a M.S. from Case Western Reserve University and a Certificate in Management of Organizational Change from Johns Hopkins University. Jaye is a certified Project Management Professional and an Agile Certified Practitioner.
Mr. Aaron Kigar, a Director at Credence, is a retired US Air Force Chief Master Sergeant with more than 24 years of operational experience. Aaron served as Air Education and Training Command’s Aviation Resource Management Functional Manager leading over 400 military personnel at 33 locations overseeing career field education and aviation resource management policy for Undergraduate and Graduate Formal Flying Training. Aaron is our current Program Manager for the US Air Force’s Flight Training Operations Support contract covering 11 locations and 125 personnel. He also has served as the Transition Manager on the Aircrew Instruction Support contract fielding 155 Aircrew Instructors for both simulators and flight operations, in addition to supporting Capture and Proposal efforts for multiple Air Force opportunities. Aaron holds Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Webster University.
Mr. Marty Griggs, a Director at Credence, has provided IT advisory services, management consulting, and program/project management support to both government and private organizations at the C-Level Executive/public sector equivalent level. Marty’s expertise spans a range of business, functional, and IT domains including IT strategic planning, IT portfolio management, service management, sourcing, and governance; organizational design and development; and operational/business process improvement. Marty has a strong interest in alignment of organizational IT with business/mission imperatives to maximize contribution of IT to organizational success at the lowest practical cost.
Mr. Siddhartha (Sid) Chowdhary serves as our CEO. Sid has previously co-founded another technology services firm and held executive positions with multiple government contracting companies. He currently serves as an appointed member of the Fairfax County IT Policy Advisory Committee (ITPAC) and serves on the Board and Executive Committee of the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce, where he leads its Entrepreneurship Council. He is also the past Chair of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) Government Committee and the past President of PAN-IIT Alumni Association USA. Sid was named as a finalist for the 2014 Ernst and Young “Entrepreneur of the Year” award, as one of the 2010 “Minority Business Leaders” by the Washington Business Journal, and the 2010 “50 Powerful Minority Men in Business” by the Minority Enterprise Executive Council. He was also cited as 1105 Government Information Group’s “Rising Stars: the up and coming in the government IT community,” and was recognized at the 21st Annual Government Computing News (GCN) Awards for “Outstanding Information Technology Achievement in Government.”
Mr. Ernest Petit-Frere is a Principal at Credence. Ernest is a logistics and finance expert who is based out of our Dayton, Ohio practice. Ernest is a retired Air Force Logistician with over 10 years of experience in implementing complex financial and logistics systems, as well as lead DoD Integrated Logistics System modernizations. Ernest’s experience includes Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), United States Air Force, and Commercial industry. Ernest has a MS degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and has extensive functional knowledge in Inventory, Purchasing, and Order Management.
Mr. Scott Lewis, a Director at Credence, is an experienced IT professional with significant management and consulting experience in both government and private industry. Scott has led large-scale transformational efforts involving IT, requirements collection and analysis (traditional and Scrum-based using Product Owner techniques), transition to cloud-based computing, acquisition strategy, systems implementation, ERP systems, benchmarking, business case development, software test best practices, records management, risk management, and IT-business relationship management. Previously, Scott was Group Vice President at Gartner Inc., building and leading the Federal practice in Washington, DC before relocating to London as Group Vice President of the United Kingdom and Ireland practice for several years. Scott has an MBA from The Wharton School and a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
Mr. Prashant Gaur (PG) serves as our President. Prior to joining Credence, Prashant served as Director of Enterprise Integration at the Department of Defense (DoD). In this role, he worked with both the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and the Services to drive the modernization and integration of complex business systems across DoD. Prashant also served as Deputy to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), where he was responsible for business transformation initiatives and resolving critical issues such as implementation of enterprise architecture and the transition from legacy to modernized systems. Prior to joining public service, Prashant was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he led the establishment of enterprise resource planning and infrastructure practices for PwC in the federal sector, and was also VP at a systems integration firm. Prashant also recently served as President of ACT-IAC (American Council for Technology – Industry Advisory Council), the largest federal voluntary IT organization.
Ms. Amy Anda is a Director at Credence. Prior to joining Credence, Amy was the Division Chief for Human Capital Management (HCM) Special Initiatives at the U.S. Department of Defense Business Transformation Agency (BTA). In this role, she was instrumental in managing the stabilization and transition strategies for the world’s largest enterprise resource planning (ERP) program. She has been honored as a “Rising Star” by Federal Computer Week Magazine and is the recipient of numerous local and national awards to include the E-Award for Excellence in Leading DoD Business Transformation and the Jefferson Award for Public Service.
Ms. Kathryn Goldsmith holds more than 10 years of experience working overseas in developing countries. She has led both national and international training efforts for transformational agency-wide IT systems and has been a key member of Credence Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) teams for both DoD and Civilian clients. Kathryn also has served as a team member on large-scale IT efforts involving training, requirements collection and analysis, systems implementation, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and financial management. She holds an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
Mr. Robert Zebrowski initially joined the Credence family to work on the National Guard Bureau’s Domestic Operations Directorate border security support programs, following a 28-year career as an Army Infantry officer. While in uniform he served in various operational units and training organizations from the infantry platoon level to the Department of the Army Staff, culminating in his assignment as the Executive Officer in the Office of The Inspector General, Army. Early in his career, he also served as an Operations Research/Systems Analyst specializing in computer modeling and simulations used to support both the training and combat development environments. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University. Bob currently manages several Credence projects supporting DoD organizations in the National Capital Region.
Mr. Matthew Hough serves as one of our Client Executives, managing all aspects of growing new opportunities within our numerous IDIQ contracts, particularly the OASIS vehicle. Under this vehicle, Matt is responsible for developing strategic, long-term partnerships with individuals and organizations in pursuit of new opportunities. In addition to his experience performing business development, capture, and as a member of our Proposals team, Matt has been privileged to work directly on projects for some of Credence’s clients at DISA, HHS, and the Department of Education. Long fascinated by the Defense industry and the Intelligence Community, Matt possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Government from The College of William & Mary.
Mr. Scott Milner brings more than 21 years of professional leadership experience in government and industry program management and operations across the business, acquisition and system engineering life-cycles for DHS and DoD clients. He has served as VP of Operations, Director, Senior Associate, and Lead Systems Engineer for small and large Government consulting and aerospace companies, including Boeing and Booz Allen Hamilton. Most recently, Mr. Milner provided leadership to a diverse team of over 100 cross functional staff and a business portfolio of $45M/year across DHS and DoD. Mr. Milner earned his PMP from the Project Management Institute, an MS in Engineering Management/Systems Engineering from The George Washington University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
