Infrastructure Management Services
In support of the U.S. Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS), Credence provides Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) to establish the physical and virtual system-environments destined for NIPRNet and SIPRNet backbones. We support several functional areas including Enterprise-level and Branch-level systems engineering effort, bringing expertise in program and project management, analysis, configuration, logistics, computer science, Datalinks communication, technical evaluations, and advanced system and test engineering for the enterprise computer architecture level to provide intelligence analysis field support.
F-35 Program Management Support
Credence’s F-35 PMO contract is a large-scale, high-profile, mission-critical program responsible for creating a new PMO for the F-35 aircraft. We support nine distinct staff organizations at 10 locations across the country. Our team offers a broad range of professional acquisition, engineering, scientific, research, and financial capabilities to assist in their efforts to execute effective and responsive integrated program management of aircraft research, development, production, and lifecycle acquisition and sustainment activities. We are proud to lend our support to the AFLCMC’s mission to “Acquire and Support War-Winning Capabilities” and help them provide the Warfighter’s Edge for the Air Force.
U-2 Engineering, Logistics, & Cybersecurity Support
Credence is supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s (AFLCMC) U-2 Branch; the U-2 aircraft delivers high-altitude, all-weather surveillance and reconnaissance in direct support of US and allied forces. It delivers critical imagery and signals intelligence to decision makers throughout all phases of conflict, including peacetime indications and warnings, low-intensity conflict, and large-scale hostilities. Credence is providing a broad range of acquisition program management, engineering, configuration/data management, logistics, analysis, procurement, and cyber security capabilities to execute integrated program management of aircraft development, test, evaluation, production, modernization and lifecycle acquisition and sustainment activities.
Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance
Credence continues to arm our military with the necessary expertise, next generation technologies, and customized solutions to respond to the evolving strategic landscape, to best leverage evolving ISR capabilities.
Fielded System Integration Management
Credence provides program management, systems integration, cyber security, and technology services to support the USAF Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance program. Our team manages the fielded system integration for multiple Operational Centers (classified and unclassified). Credence provides the Geospatial and Scientific Imaging expertise necessary to collect and manage the Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) and Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) in an Image Content Management system to enable intelligence analysts to perform Image Analysis for ISR operations. Credence provides lifecycle management to include Requirements Analysis Design, Coding, and Testing; Web 2.0 Development and Management; Application Prototyping; Database Development and Management; and Production Deployment to 23 projects.
Critical Infrastructure Support
For the National Guard Bureau (NGB), Credence provides mission assurance and critical infrastructure support in Reaction Force and Non-Lethal Weapons areas. Our team also provides program support for NGB’s Chemical Biological Radioactive Nuclear (CBRN) Response Enterprise through its composite parts such as the Homeland Response Force and Civil Support Team. The knowledge and support services Credence provides ensure that Guard leadership is given the vital situational awareness necessary to fulfill the NGB DOMOPS mission.
Air Force Central (AFCENT) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Technical Support
Credence supports the evolution of operational requirements, mission operations, and life-cycle sustainment of air, space, cyberspace, and ground-based ISR technologies within USAFCENT, including extensive travel to CENTCOM and South West Asia (SWA) area of responsibility (AOR), including, but not limited to, Syria, Yemen, Kuwait, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Pakistan, and Jordan. Credence provides a wide variety of Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Open-source Intelligence (OSINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), and Electronic Warfare (EW) support. Credence analysts also support for critical functions of Planning/ direction, Processing/Exploitation, and Dissemination/Integration (PCPAD) cycle, targeting analysis, force management, plans/programs, sustainment, and web-based intelligence data distribution to warfighters and planners.
For both Civilian and Defense agencies with health-related missions, Credence's expertise covers healthcare, emergency response (including COVID-19 support), health science, biomedical research, clinical analytics and intelligence, health IT, big data analytics, patient safety, health policy, and health-related grant making. As a result, our team bolsters technical leadership, accelerates innovation, and increases science and technology capabilities on a variety of global health program initiatives.
Patient Safety Program Support
The Air Force Patient Safety Program (PSP) is dedicated to providing safe, effective, evidence-based healthcare. With staff located at 76 locations across the globe, Credence provides project management, program integration, clinical, educational, and research support. We assist the Government with the establishment and operation of the Air Force Medical Service PSP at the MTF level, including helping educate staff on key patient safety principles; assisting with facility-wide implementation of healthcare team training; staying abreast of national patient safety initiatives; aiding in the implementation of performance improvements leading to the formulation of policies and processes that facilitate safer care; guiding organizational changes; and helping administer day-to-day PSP operations encompassing all aspects of inpatient, ambulatory care, and support functions.
Global Health Technical Professionals Program Support
Credence supports the Global Health (GH) Bureau’s commitment to improving global health outcomes in communities around the world by providing technical professionals at all career stages for posts both in Washington, D.C. and abroad. Our global health professionals augment the Agency’s programs addressing its three strategic priorities, including preventing child and maternal deaths, controlling the HIV/AIDS epidemic, and combating infectious diseases. Our global health professionals help improve the technical abilities of USAID offices, teams, and working groups by bolstering technical leadership, accelerating innovation, increasing science and technology capabilities, and providing acquisition and additional services on a variety of global health program initiatives.
Medical Pre-Screening Technical Demonstration Technical Support
In support of the Department of Defense (DoD) Accessioning Process for the U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM), Credence provided innovative technical, engineering, and program management expertise. Our team designed and developed capabilities to capture applicant biometric information, obtain electronic data from connected medical devices, and serve as the foundation for each Military Member’s electronic health record (EHR) / electronic medical record (EMR). We provided an end-to-end healthcare solution for the medical pre-screening, medical examinations and consultations, laboratory testing, and health analytics to capture applicants’ health information as part of U.S. Military Accessions. Our expertise facilitated the automation of administrative and clinical processes for more than 500,000 U.S. Military applicants per year.
Training & Simulation
Credence’s Training and Simulation services go far beyond typical online and classroom training; we support the end-to-end lifecycle. We provide comprehensive operations support to the Air Force Institute of Technology, as well as instructor support across the full curriculum. We also provide advanced simulation services that entail the latest techniques and technologies in 3D modeling, virtual reality and augmented reality.
As part of our support to Air Force Special Operations Air Warfare Center (AFSOAWC), Credence participated in requirements development for on-site courseware including updating, maintenance, publication, and distribution (i.e., Instructor Guide, Student Guides, Computer Based/Web Based Training, etc.). The courseware has been redesigned and updated using the latest technology, innovations for Computer Based Instruction (CBI) and platform instruction using the standard Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process. Credence leverages gaming techniques and 3D Immersive Visualization technologies (e.g. Oculus Rift) to deliver cutting-edge training and simulation.
Cyber Capability Development & Technical Support
As part of our support to the US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Credence provides Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) capability development and technical support to the TCM Cyber. We leverage our expertise of DOD, National, and/or Service cyberspace training range environments, cyberspace training event management (e.g. planning and execution of major cyberspace exercises such as Cyber Flag or Cyber Guard), and knowledge of solutions used for PCTE connectivity such as the Joint Information Operations Range nodes.
Graduate & Professional Institute Support
Credence supports the mission of the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) to provide defense-focused graduate and professional continuing education and research to sustain the technological supremacy of America’s air and space forces. Under this task, Credence provides a broad range of services, including engineering, scientific, research, Test & Evaluation (T&E), Science of Test and Reliability (SOT/REL), financial, para-faculty, academic, training, registrar, human factors, IT, multi-media, instructional systems design, distance learning, subject matter expertise, security, and project support capabilities to execute effective and responsive integrated program management of the institute’s goals.
