August 2, 2018 – Credence is excited to provide program management support to the AFMSA/ SG3 for ATC. The SG3 office formulates policies and is responsible for official positions on healthcare for the Air Force Medical Service (AFMS). ATC covers a wide variety of patient-centric services within military healthcare, including access, appointments, referrals, call centers and information systems. Credence will be responsible for analysis, training, and project management support. Credence will recommend improvements to the patient appointing and referral systems, information systems, tracking management, and call center, among others, through policy development proposals for consideration by the AFMS.
