General Description

Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) requirement for a Defense Enterprise HR Applications and Data Services (DEHRADS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) 

Credence is one of just 10 prime awardees on the DMDC DEHRADS BPA. The DEHRADS BPA covers the full spectrum of IT services related to human resources applications and data management. The scope of this BPA includes enterprise-level support services for IT integration and service management activities, enterprise architecture, development, and modernization for critical Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA)/DMDC systems.

Objectives of the DEHRADS BPA include establishing a leading Identity Services Provider for the DoD, enhancing data management, transitioning to a service delivery model, supporting cloud migration, modernizing mainframe data processes, and transforming legacy Government managed applications. The BPA also aims to develop a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, align with the DoD Modernization Strategy, and ensure an efficient, interoperable data environment that supports decision-making and analytics, while also facilitating cloud migration and data center closures in line with federal and DoD guidelines.
