System of Systems Consortium (SOSSEC)

The SOSSEC Consortium provides technical performance of research and development as well as prototype development to address the needs of the C4ISR, Cyber, and Homeland Defense communities primarily within the Department of Defense through OTAs. Both C5 and SOSSEC provide its members and eligible Government agencies a flexible and user-friendly pathway for rapid acquisition, linking buyers and sellers of innovation, and broadening the technology base to include non-traditional defense contractors and small businesses.
