February 28, 2022 — Credence is excited to announce a recent award to provide enhanced programming and resource management support services for the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) and Major Subordinate Command (MSC) commands. Credence will provide management and technical support in the areas of Resource Planning, Resource Programming, Resource Budgeting, Resource Execution, Congressional Authorizations and Appropriations, and Resource Oversight support in the preparation, review, analysis, coordination and maintenance of documentation and associated databases used in DOD resource management systems. This includes Future-Years Defense Program (FYDP) planning, development of transformational resource support programs, and maintenance of the data management systems that provide fiscal and manning resources as well as support for current year funds execution. Credence is also providing senior level expertise for Financial Management support through technical analysis, financial planning, and program analysis. Key programs we support on this effort include the National Intelligence Program (NIP) and sub-programs, the Consolidated Cryptologic Program (CCP), the General Defense Intelligence Program (GDIP), the Foreign Counterintelligence Program (FCIP), the NGP, and the Military Intelligence Program (MIP), which, in turn, are responsible for collection and analysis of Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT),and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) in addition to Counter-Intelligence (CI).
This support will be crucial in developing, restructuring, rebalancing, transforming, and sustaining INSCOM organizations.
