Credence to Complete a Strategic Needs Assessment for the Coast Guard’s Office of Leadership

September 27, 2014 – The Coast Guard’s Office of Leadership (CG-12C) has tasked Credence with conducting a Strategic Needs Assessment to help create enterprise-wide human capital development solutions for the entire Coast Guard civilian workforce. Credence’s focus will be to examine the Coast Guard’s business strategy to identify cost-effective and efficient solutions to help streamline processes for fostering leadership and professional development.
