October 21, 2011 – Prashant Gaur (“PG”) has joined Credence Management Solutions as President of the company. “We are pleased to announce that Prashant Gaur has joined Credence as President. He has served in senior executive positions within Government agencies, private companies, and professional associations, and brings the experience we need to take Credence to the next level,” said Credence CEO Sid Chowdhary.
Gaur recently served as President of ACT-IAC (American Council for Technology – Industry Advisory Council), the largest federal voluntary IT organization. He also was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he led the establishment of enterprise systems and infrastructure practices for PwC in the federal sector.
Prior to joining Credence, Gaur served as Director of Enterprise Integration at the Department of Defense (DoD). In this role, he worked with both the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and the Services to drive the modernization and integration of complex business systems across DoD. He also served as Deputy to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), where he was responsible for business transformation initiatives and resolving critical issues such as implementation of enterprise architecture and the transition from legacy to modernized systems.

Gaur earned his MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Maryland on a Fellowship, and received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). He is a graduate of the Wharton Executive Education Program
