November 18, 2020 — The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) awarded the unrestricted FedMall Development and Sustainment contract to Credence Management Solutions, LLC. FedMall is an E-commerce system that brings customers who need commercial and military products and services and Department of Defense (DoD) approved suppliers together in an efficient electronic marketplace. Other Federal agencies, such as FEMA, and authorized state and local agencies and foreign military sales customers also use the system to meet their e-commerce needs. FedMall users have access to more than 53 million individual items of supply, from centrally managed DoD and Government Services Administration assets, to commercial products. The system supports more than 54,000 active users and 900 suppliers, and processes roughly 1.5 million transactions, amounting to more than $325 million in sales.
